Lois Brandmeyer serves as Executive Assistant at The Roth Companies, bringing more than 15 years of experience, deep institutional knowledge, and operational continuity to the firm. She provides high-level administrative and operational support across the organization and serves as a trusted resource on complex planning and execution matters. In addition to managing core operational responsibilities, Lois is actively involved in supporting the firm’s business advisory and exit planning engagements. Lois brings a strong understanding of legal processes and documentation, drawing on her legal background to support transaction coordination, planning workflows, and execution-related details.
Prior to joining The Roth Companies, Lois worked in legal services and entrepreneurial capacities. She previously served as a legal assistant supporting general trial and appellate practice and, earlier in her career, founded and operated her own business providing legal assistance and professional office services.
Lois earned a Bachelor of Business from Sanford-Brown College. She is active in her church as an organist and choir member. Outside the office, Lois enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, reading, genealogy, and playing cards.
