Julie Rickert serves as Client Service Manager at The Roth Companies, bringing 20 years of experience, deep institutional knowledge, and operational continuity to the firm. She is responsible for coordinating day-to-day client service operations, overseeing compliance-related processes, and supporting the firm’s technology and systems infrastructure. As a primary point of contact for clients, Julie provides administrative and operational support to affluent individuals, families, and business owner clients. Her work includes client onboarding, account maintenance, asset transfers, and the coordination of service requests, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency across the client experience.

Prior to joining The Roth Companies, Julie worked as an elementary school teacher. She brings that background to her role through a structured, detail-oriented approach and plays a key role in supporting internal process documentation and training related to firm systems and software.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with a minor in Music, from McKendree College. She is active in her community and church, where she participates in the choir. Outside the office, Julie enjoys reading, creative projects, spending time outdoors, and time with her family and dogs.
