Deanna H. Roth, CAP®, CExP™

Deanna Roth serves as Vice President, Business Planning at The Roth Companies, where she holds a senior leadership role coordinating wealth planning, business advisory, exit planning, and philanthropic strategy. She works closely with business owners and wealthy families on complex planning matters, including business continuity, ownership transitions, executive planning, and long-term family and legacy objectives. Deanna’s work integrates business advisory, tax planning, insurance strategy, and philanthropy—ensuring planning decisions are coordinated and durable across both enterprise and personal wealth considerations. Deanna brings particular depth to advising founder-led and closely held businesses navigating transition, succession, and liquidity events.

Deanna holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and Certified Exit Planner (CExP®) designations and is a licensed insurance professional. Deanna serves on the insurance advisory board for NFP (an Aon company). Deanna’s background includes extensive entrepreneurial and business development experience, as well as advising CEOs and executive leadership teams on growth strategy, organizational awareness, and long-term positioning.

Prior to joining The Roth Companies, Deanna co-founded BenefitBar, a technology platform focused on capital sourcing and collaborative growth solutions for nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Earlier in her career, Deanna worked in the medical industry, supporting physicians and practice leaders with revenue-cycle strategy, operational efficiency, and patient experience initiatives.

Deanna earned her degree in Business from the University of Kansas, where she was a collegiate cheerleader. She maintains a lifelong commitment to athletics and fitness, reflecting the discipline and resilience that inform her professional approach. Deanna is active in the community and has supported numerous charitable organizations through both professional and philanthropic roles. Outside the office, Deanna values an active lifestyle and time with her husband and four children.
