Colin Vahlkamp serves as a Client Service Associate at The Roth Companies, providing administrative and operational support to affluent individuals, families, and business owner clients. He has five years of experience with the firm and is a primary point of contact for client service matters, supporting onboarding, investment account maintenance, asset transfers, and other service-related requests. In addition to core client service responsibilities, Colin plays an active role in supporting firm technology and process-related initiatives. He regularly assists with software-driven projects, including the development of client-facing reports and the implementation of tools and workflows designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall client experience.
Prior to joining The Roth Companies, Colin held technical and client support roles across information technology and audio-visual services. Most recently, he worked as an information technology technician and support specialist supporting user accounts, workstations, software applications, and IT-related projects within large healthcare organizations. Earlier in his career, he served as an audio-visual technician, providing technical consulting, installation, and event support services.
Colin earned an Associate of Network Administration and a Certificate in Network Security from Kaskaskia College. Outside the office, he enjoys martial arts training (kickboxing and karate), music, playing various instruments, and spending time with family and friends.
